A little help.
A clearer next step.
Find the right place for account questions, community information, and safer gaming support.
Account & payment support
For login, verification, deposits, or withdrawals, use the help section inside the external operator’s platform. DM FIRST cannot access accounts or funds.
Visit the platformCommunity & updates
Find the Telegram invitation and community guidance in one place. Channel membership does not create a game account or give an administrator access to your funds.
Visit community pageResponsible gaming help
If play is becoming difficult to control, take a break and explore independent support options.
Find supportYour registration reference
If you choose to register, our invitation code is already included in the registration link.
You can also select and copy the code manually.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, or payment information to community accounts. For community information, use the Telegram link on this site; for account or payment issues, contact the external operator through its own support area.
A few quick answers.
Why did my practice balance reset?
The wallet exists only while you stay on the current page. Refreshing, navigating away, or selecting Reset starts again with 100 fictional credits. There are no real funds to recover.
Can I withdraw practice credits?
No. Credits are a teaching device and have no cash value. The practice profile is not an account with a gaming operator, and it cannot receive deposits or withdrawals.
The Telegram invitation does not open. What can I do?
Try opening the invitation with an updated Telegram app or its web interface. Telegram and channel administrators control invitation availability. Do not send money to someone claiming they can unlock access.
Does the calculator submit anything?
No. It calculates locally in your browser. Entering an amount does not create an investment, place a bet, transfer money, or send an application.
The right details make a clearer request.
For account issues, contact the operator through its own help area. Prepare the facts below so you can explain the situation without exposing sensitive information.
Account access
Describe the error, when it started, and whether it happens on another browser. Include the device and browser version if relevant. Never include a password or one-time code.
Payments or verification
Use the operator’s secure support channel. Provide only the transaction reference and date requested by that service. Do not post financial documents in a public community.
Questions about a guide
Note the article title, the paragraph in question, and what needs clarification. Use the community page for the available Telegram route. Do not include private account or payment details in a general content question.
Suspicious messages
Stop replying to anyone requesting credentials or promising guaranteed recovery. Use the relevant platform’s reporting tools and contact the operator through a route you independently locate.
